FILM SYNOPSIS

Welcome to IMAGE's inaugural Rapid "i" Movement Finals! On the weekend of March 16-18, 40 teams of Atlanta filmmakers wrote, directed, produced, shot, and edited short films in less than 50 hours. Then, on March 20 & 21, audiences selected these films to advance to the Atlanta Film Festival.

The following films will compete for Prizes--including the Grand Prize: Avid Express Pro Editing software:

31 FLAVORS OF EVIL Director: Lisa Ward and Eric Bomba-Ire, USA, 5 min, video
A stream-of-conciousness meditation on the true costs of consumerism.

BETWEEN A ROCK AND A STONE Director: Charles Hess, USA, 6 min, video
The day has come for a journeyman janitor to rise above his station in life and grab the loot from his hardboiled detective boss Stone Gabbard.

CAST V. CREW Director: Keith Hooker, USA, 6 min, video
The ancient animosity between stage actors and backstage crew is about to explode into open warfare.
