We can't entertain guesses. We can't even ;) ;) if you guess right. Just trust us. You will not be disappointed if you buy a ticket to the secret screening.

3 Atlanta Film Festival Panels You Won't Want to Miss:

#1.
PANEL: A Conversation With Will Packer And Rob Hardy Of Rainforest Films
In 1994, Director Rob Hardy and Producer William Packer created Rainforest Productions, a now Atlanta-based film production and distribution company. In moving to Atlanta, Rainforest blossomed with its first theatrical release, Trois, which grossed 1.2 million dollars, reaching the million-dollar mark faster than any previous film distributed by African American producers. In 2001 they partnered with Sony’s Columbia TriStar to produce and distribute other urban films, such as Motives, The Gospel, and the most recent smash box office hit, Stomp The Yard. Rob and Will are on hand for this limited engagement to answer your questions regarding their distribution success while pursuing their love of filmmaking.

Moderated by Bob Longino, Atlanta Journal Constitution

#2.
PANEL: Conversation On Animation and the Making Of FIRST FLIGHT by DreamWorks animator, Kyle Jefferson.
Kyle Jefferson, a native of Toronto, began his professional career at DreamWorks working on the epic film, The Prince of Egypt. Kyle also contributed to a variety of animated films such as: The Road to El Dorado, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Shrek, Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas and Shark Tale. Prior to working on Sinbad and Shark Tale, he took a brief hiatus from DreamWorks to pursue other passions, working closely with director Michael Bay building action scene previsualizations for Pearl Harbor. Kyle makes his animation directing debut with First Flight and will share the creative and technical process behind this visually stimulating film.

Moderated by Joe Peery, Animation Director, Turner Studios and President of ASIFA/Atlanta

#3.
PANEL: International House Of Production
We won’t be serving an all you can eat breakfast at this IHOP, but we will be serving up an international smorgasbord of information from experts from different film markets around the world and discuss how approaching exhibition or distribution methods differ from the American film market.

Moderated by Steve Montal, CEO, Caucho Technology, Inc.
