Run time: 22 min. | Nepal, USA
A beautiful and evocative film about the remarkable transformation of a group of illiterate women in southern Nepal. Working with Heifer International, a aid organization that promotes sustainable development through gifts of livestock, the women are now helping hundreds of other women and their families rise out of poverty.

This short documentary is going to be a give away through Heifer International. The filmmaker/director, Sandy Smolan did an absolutely brilliant job of weaving emotion and education into this beautifully rendered film. It is just part of Heifer's ongoing efforts to restore dignity, community, and economy into the lives of some of the poorest women on the planet. This film is a blessing.
